Animals and Budget Allocation
The government will distribute around 6,000 to 7,000 high-quality animals, including
Goats (suitable for dry areas like Rajanpur and Layyah)
Buffaloes and Cows (high milk production areas)
A budget of PKR 2.5 billion has been set aside for:

Does not own any livestock
Did not sell livestock given in Phase 1
Valid CNIC
Must be physically able to care for the animal (verified by local vet officer)

Register using CNIC and mobile number
Fill the form with personal and poverty details
Upload CNIC and address proof
Submit and wait for confirmation SMS
Offline Method:
Visit the nearest veterinary hospital or livestock office
Bring:

Domicile
Proof of poverty (e.g., BISP record)
Staff will help register you using the 9211 system
Receive confirmation by SMS
