Animals and Budget Allocation

The government will distribute around 6,000 to 7,000 high-quality animals, including

How to Apply for Phase 2

Online Method:

1. Go to: livestock.punjab.gov.pk

2. Or download the app: Asset Transfer to Rural Women (Google Play Store)

3. Register using CNIC and mobile number

4. Fill the form with personal and poverty details

5. Upload CNIC and address proof

6. Submit and wait for confirmation SMS

Offline Method:

1. Visit the nearest veterinary hospital or livestock office

2. Bring:

   • CNIC

   • Proof of poverty (e.g., BISP record)

3. Staff will help register you using the 9211 system

4. Receive confirmation by SMS
